Yes. GELEN supplies mobile and semi-mobile crushing and screening units for operations that need to move between sites or start production quickly.
It is a plant that turns quarry rock, gravel or recycled material into sized, clean aggregate and sand. Feeders take the material into the crushers, vibrating screens size it between the crushing stages, and washing equipment removes clay and silt and recovers the sand. GELEN builds each of these machines and designs them to work together, from single machines to complete stationary or mobile plants.
GELEN builds sand washing plants with hydrocyclones and dewatering screens, HY and GFW screw classifiers, GLW log washers, GBM blade mills, GCW coarse material washers and HYDROSAND sand classifiers with classifying tanks, from 22 to 725 t/h. Rinsing is done on STE and ETE vibrating screens with spray bars.
