These Terms of Service govern the use of the website gelenmakina.com and of GELEN Flow (flow.gelenmakina.com), both operated by GELEN Makina A.Ş., ASO 1. OSB, Oğuz Caddesi No: 31, 06930 Sincan, Ankara, Türkiye ("GELEN", "we", "us"). By using either service you agree to these terms.
1. The services
gelenmakina.com presents GELEN's crushing, screening, washing and mixing equipment, technical information, catalogues and contact forms.
GELEN Flow is GELEN's business platform for customer relations, proposals and marketing. Its social media module lets authorised GELEN staff prepare GELEN's own videos and images, review them, and publish or schedule them to social media accounts that GELEN owns or administers, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
2. Accounts and access
GELEN Flow is available only to users who have been given an account by GELEN. Users keep their sign-in codes confidential and are responsible for activity under their account. GELEN may suspend or remove access at any time.
A social media account is connected to GELEN Flow only by a person authorised to manage it, through that platform's own sign-in and consent screen. The connection can be removed at any time in GELEN Flow, or from the platform's own settings.
3. Publishing to third-party platforms
When content is published through GELEN Flow, it is published to the connected account on the user's instruction, with the settings the user chooses for each post, such as privacy, interaction and disclosure settings. Each platform's own terms, community guidelines and policies apply to that content, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Music Usage Confirmation, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. GELEN Flow does not add watermarks or third-party branding to content when publishing it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to publish content that you do not have the right to publish, to interfere with the operation or security of the services, or to access data you are not authorised to access.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, renderings, videos, drawings, trademarks and logos on gelenmakina.com and in GELEN Flow belong to GELEN or its licensors. You may share links to our pages. Copying or reuse beyond that needs our written permission.
6. Product information
Specifications, capacities and images on gelenmakina.com are given for information. They depend on material, configuration and operating conditions, and they may change without notice. A binding offer is made only in a written proposal from GELEN.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GELEN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the services or any third-party platform.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data, including the data received from connected social media accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
